The Mawson Trail has been named after famed South Australian Antarctic explorer Sir Douglas Mawson. A system of tracks, trails and paths combine to create a uniqe cycling experience incorporating many scenic and historic locations.

If visiting South Australia to ride the Mawson Trail make sure you view the Mawson exhibit at the South Autralian Museum in Adelaide to learn more about this fascinating and important explorer.

The original series of 5 maps is no longer available having been replaced by a new series of  9 maps covering 3 distinct sections. Maps are purchased by section not individually.
