If you think about the world globes used in most schools they come in
two sizes a small 30cm and a larger 40cm. As a student I always
preferred the larger one - it was easier to look at and more people
could share it. The small one was
great for the single user and the office desktop. This world globe is

detailed physical world with easy to read locations and details. It has
a duel
axii rotation meridian arm which allows you to turn the globe over
to examine the southern hemisphere as well as rotate around the
north-south axis in the normal way. The Big Globe is illuminated. When unlit the physical world is seen but when illuminated the political outlines of countries are made clearer due to a second multicoloured layer laminated to the inside.
